Ocv on the fly?
Hey I saw on Facebook from a guy called the welder whisperer and he installs on machines an OCV on the fly adjustment. Looks like an extra rheostat hooked up to the panel.
I guess I was just a little curious if all it is is just 2 rheostats hooked up in series? I was kinda thinking with the first one set at 100 that would be your ocv at its highest and then just turn down for lower adjustment, the second one would be your regular fine tuning? Have any of y'all seen that kind if setup? |

Re: Ocv on the fly?
Wouldn't that just be the same as adjusting the fine? Or does it change the rpms? Changing the rpms is what you want, so you end up on the remote where you want to be. I think I'm right around 98 right now, gives me the puddle i want when running 3s with staggered brushes. A dude i worked with last year was way hotter than that even, badass hand.
